PartyCentreUK Delivery information.
PartyCentreUK aim to dispatch all orders completed by 2pm any weekday the same day. International orders are sent via royal mail international signed for. Orders completed after this time will be dispatched the following day. We use royal mail recorded delivery for dispatch(1-3 working days for delivery) and for heavier parcels fastway courier company. We wil send guaranteed next day a charge of upto £3 depending on purchase amount will be added to delivery charge. We carry thousands of products. Although we try our best to keep everything in stock there may be times when an item is out of stock. In the event of this happening delivery may take up to 3-5 days extra PartyCentreUK will notify you if this is the case. RETURNS/REFUNDS PartyCentreUK will only accept returns authorised by PartyCentreUK. All returns must be notified to us within 3 days and returned within 7 days of receipt of items. Refunds will be given on items returned in original condition and in all original packaging. Refunds will exclude any delivery costs incurred by PartyCentreUK. LOST/DAMAGED ORDERS PartyCentreUK is responsible for all deliveries until delivery is made. Should an order become lost we will make a claim on your behalf. We will refund any monies paid or replace your items up to the claim limit of the parcel, unless the additional insurance is taken. Please notify us of any damages with 2 days of receipt of items we accept no responsibility for claims after such time. |
